I heard this explaination for the first time in February with one minor difference: the woman’s brains was described as a bowl of noddles.
Aside from the revelation of how my jumps from noodle to noodle (which of course, touch on some point or another) frustrate Fred as he tries to keep up with me while pulling out and putting away boxes, I had never before considered (or, more acurately stated, believed) that when I asked him, “Honey, what are you thinking about?” and he replied, “Nothing,” he really was thinking of NOTHING.
That’s amazing…
…and quite impossible for me. Even when I think of NOTHING, I still think of the NOTHING as SOMETHING, you know what I mean?
